Watch Oral Session Recording

To access the recordings in the app or planner, navigate to Orals and then select the session by day. Each recording is of the full session (not individual talks). LOOK for the View Session Recording button at the session level vs. presentation level. NB: Sessions will have a session chair listed. See screenshot on the right.

Keep Your Mobile App UP-TO-DATE

For the app only: Look for data updates on the App homescreen, tap the red banner to install. Updates are pushed daily. The online planner updates automatically with browser refresh. See screenshot below.

Pro-Tips and Troubleshooting for the Online Planner

  • Bookmark the ONLINE PLANNER in your browser (https://ativ.me/106j)
  • You must be registered to access the Planner. If you are not registered, please register before you attempt to launch the planner. There is a 1-hour delay from time of conference registration to access the planner.
  • In some cases you may have to make two attempts to sign in or use the URL directly (https://ativ.me/106j).
  • Chrome and Safari are the preferred / optimized browsers for the online planner.

Supported Devices for App

The app is supported for the most recent (and one prior) operating systems on iOS and Android. If your operating system is not supported you will likely not see the app in your store. In this case you can use the Web Version of the app or directly download the .apk file to your device.

  • Detailed daily schedule 
  • Short abstracts for all orals and posters
  • Oral session recordings will be available within 1-2 days of sessions
  • Ability to favorite or calendar events, sessions, or presentations.
